It it wasn't for her, I would have never been able to find this home, much less be able to buy it. In my price range, houses sold in a day and had many offers. My house only showed for three hours and had 12 offers in one day. Although someone offered more money, I got the house. It wouldn't have happened without Christy. She totally changed my mind about people in real estate. Not only did she have integrity, but she was loyal to her client, had a wonderful sense of humor, and was beautiful as well! She is a one-in-a-million person and a real estate agent. I can't believe how blessed I was to find her. It is hard to put into words just how awesome my experience with Christy Smith was, but I will try! We started thinking about buying last year sometime, and she was willing to wait and talk to us at any moment until we were ready to take the leap. And I am so glad we called her. We found our house at the beginning of all of the pandemic stuff, and I thought it was going to get extremely hard for us, but Christy handled it all like a champ. She was ready to show us any house at almost any time, always available to answer questions, and was straightforward with us when she needed to be. I appreciate all of the hard work and dedication she brings to this industry because it does not seem like an easy one. I will never use or recommend another realtor. She has our business for life!
